The Art Rental and Sales Gallery is located on the second floor of Profiles Public Art Gallery in downtown St. Albert. It represents over 60 local and regional artists with national and international reputations. These artist have made their work available through the Art Rental and Sales Gallery program for people and businesses to purchase or rent on a monthly basis.
Our Inventory
New works are continually being added to our inventory which now covers a wide range of mediums, styles and subject matters. The Art Rental and Sales Gallery maintains an inventory of over 250 pieces of artwork that include 3-dimensional sculpture, 2-dimensional acrylic, oil and watercolour paintings as well as various mixed-media works.

Why Rent?
Art Rental and Sales enables individuals and businesses to enjoy original Canadian artworks at an affordable price. Rental fees are calculated as a percentage of the value of the artwork and range from $3-$120 monthly for works valued upwards of $5,250.

How to Rent
One year Arts and Heritage memberships are available at the Gallery Shop for only $10. In order to rent artwork from the Art Rental and Sales Gallery, you must be a member of Arts and Heritage. You do not need to be a member to purchase artwork.
Low Rental Fees, Easy Purchase Terms
Rental fees rare based on a minimum rental period of one month and may continue for as long as the client would like. If you decide to purchase your artwork (after a minimum of one month’s rental to a maximum of six months rental), a Rental Discount is applied where 50% of the rental fees paid will be discounted from the purchase price. Clients who purchase artwork may pay in full or by installments through our no-interest payment plan.
Free Art Consultations
Clients can book a free art consultation from Gallery experts who will provide assistance in selecting works to suit every taste and budget for your home or business space.
Proceeds from Art Rental & Sales Gallery
The Art Rental and Sales Gallery works to benefit the artist and programs offered by Profiles Public Art Gallery. With 50% of the rental fees and 60% of the sales commissions collected go directly to the artist, clients are providing valuable support to individual artists in our community. Profiles Public Art Gallery is proud to provide exposure to local and regional artists both within the Gallery and through the offices and homes of our many rental clients. Proceeds from the Art Rental and Sales Gallery help fund exciting events and programs, which includes programming for over 25,000 children and youth each year.
